Beauty Advice: Which Price is Right?
Hi everyone,
Now that the end of the year is approaching, it’s time for me to start reorganizing my makeup bag! If you’re a makeup lover like me, revamping my collection is my favorite way to kick off the New Year with a fresh start. But I need your help trying to decide on reasonable prices for a few items that I know I need restock on.
If you love the color, formula, and packaging of a product, what’s the maximum you’ll spend on:

I splurge on not makeup it self but I like to by expensive makeup tools. I am a firm believer that if you have a great eyeshadow brush your makeup will rock. -

There are only two things that I would really splurge on. Makeup palettes and skincare
I love really cool makeup palettes like the ones that too faced makes because they are so quirky. -
I love splurging on Lipsticks (YSL/TOM FORD and Chanel usually) and Foundations (Dior)! I have used so many products over the years and I feel that the brands mentioned above are so good and worth the money. Oh and I am IN LOVE with my most recent of splurges - 3 Burberry Lip Mists - They are the perfect combination of lipstick and lip stain!!!! -
I splurge on cyber white estee lauder powder or foundation because it is the only powder that i am not allergic...i have a super dry skin and i am from a tropical country so it gets drier when the weather is hot...do you have any suggestions on what other make up brands that would suit me? id appreciate it..thanks mish!=) -
I know I am a little late to comment buy I love the 1005 pure foundation and primer and it is the two things that I will splurg on! -
I kind of answered this according to £- so might of done it wrong! but when re organizing my collection I like to try out abandoned proucts to hope I re fall in love ! I splurge on my foundation and concealer because its my canvas- if that is clean everything else will fall into place :)

I recently revisited the Wet and Wild 6 pans and 3 pans, and was very surprised at some of the pigmentation...it IS hit/miss on them though but at that price, even 1-2 good ones are a bargain on seasonal colors :) I have been checking out dupes but am willing to pay, order, hunt, and pine for unique nail polishes and nail decorations, especially duochrome colors. Currently Sally Hansen Lustre Shine line FTW! -

I think it's important to invest in quality products as well with good ingredients. You never know how using some drug store brands will affect your skin in years from now...

I would splurge on skincare products. I'm always focus and will spending money on my skin. I'm really like to take care of my skin. So, I hope you, miss Michelle, can make some skincare routine videos. Thank you, miss Michelle. =)

I would splurge on a good foundation or primer, but other than that I am a total drug store make up believer. I feel like I've gotten the same result from both name brand and drug store make up, especially if you use a primer. -
I would splurge on good skincare or tinted organic lip balm. The rest, I'd go to Grocery Outlet to get at a deep discount.

I usually splurge on skincare and foundation. Otherwise, I found that drugstore products work just fine for everything else! -
I'm not voting... I'm a drugstore makeup junkie so I'd never pay prices that high. I'm a poor student! I'd rather think of prices ranging from 2-6 euros.

I think I will splurge on foundation, concealers, bronzers, primers and anything else that's for the face. Because I wouldn't want to suffer from breakouts after using some cheapo foundation. My skin deserves some pampering, therefore it's either quality or none for me. As for lipgloss or lipsticks I would probably save on that, because I don't use them everyday given that it contains high lead composition.

Quality decided its price.. If I were you. I usually choose medium level of shopping habits. But you see one high performance to price ratio, and you also like, can occasionally to buy good.It's looks so nice.

I tend to bargain as much as possible but If I'm going to buy something costly, I prefer it to be foundations, primers, face creams/skin care! I don't mind buying an inexpensive lipstick or gloss if it works well and feels good!
