Hi everyone,
During my trip to Australia, one of my subbies gifted me this Lucas' Papaw Ointment, and I absolutely love it! I love traveling because I get to try different beauty products from around the world, and this one has become a new obsession because it has so many uses.
The Lucas' Papaw Ointment has beneficial ingredients that work wonders for sunburn, itchy bug bites, and chapped lips. What's even better is that it is made from safe and local products in Brisbane, including locally grown fresh fruit like Papaya. Yum! You can put it on anything and it even lasts overnight if you need relief while you sleep. I seriously use it all the time now... I'm obsessed!
Have any of you tried this or a similar product? What's your favorite multi-purpose balm?
<3 Mish

Ahh you shouldn't use that because it has petrochemicals in it (like Vaseline)!! Petrochemicals aren't so good for your skin....and especially because you're putting it on your lips, that stuff ends up in your stomach! You should've used the Suvana 100% Certified Organic Papaw Ointment which doesn't have any form of petrochemicals in it and does the same job as Lucas pawpaw ointment...
I work at a pharmacy, and we never recomment lucas pawpaw ointment because of the petrochemicals!

I love this stuff, it's not got petrochemicals or lanolin in it so it's hypoallergenic and despite what people think petrolium dehydrates skin because it is a barrier product.
PURE's ointment is more hydrating and natural, it's also 95% organic! :) -
I have the tub of this stuff. I keep it in my schoolbag, But back at home we have about 4 tubs of it. My family is constantly fighting over it.

My mother used Lucas' Pawpaw ointment on me as a baby and I have been using it ever since. It's a great product.
I even use it as a primer for my eyeshadow.

Paw Paw is great for soothing and healing dry skin or lips, but the Lucas product is made with petrochemicals.
The best paw paw ointment and lip balm is Natralus Natural Paw Paw Ointment. It has double the organic paw paw compared to Lucas and it goes on smoothly, has great gloss and lasts for ages! The best part is, there are no petrochemicals or other nasties.
Australian residents can request free samples from natralus.com.au

Papaw is amaaaaazing. I also love Trilogy Everything Balm and Lush Ultra Balm. All three are my favourite multipurpose beauty products.

I love Papaw! Very cheap and very effective! I love Aloe Vera products too! Works wonders on my lips and very soothing for sunburns.
