Hi everyone,
As a ramen lover, I'm always looking for ways to throw some variety into my favorite meal. Now that autumn has arrived and there's a whole new crop of ingredients that are in season, I thought I'd share with you my three favorite ways to incorporate them into your ramen:
- Add cold weather veggies like eggplant, squash, potatoes, cauliflower, and pumpkin.
- If you can handle the spice, top off your dish with a dash of nutmeg to give the ramen an earthier taste.
- Up the comfort level of your ramen by adding mini matzo balls. They'll soak up the broth and spices–absolutely delicious!
What's your favorite fall ramen dish? Tell me in the comments section!

Any leftovers in the fridge, stews work esp well. I just add more water to make it a soup, this way it's a one pot meal =) If I'm really lazy, then it's bok choi and a cracked egg poached in the soup. This actually for work any type of noodles (ramen, udon, rice noodles, fresh, dried).
