How I Organize My Accessories
Hi everyone,
Over the years I have amassed quite the collection of accessories. From belts and scarves to necklaces and earrings, tight organization is crucial for me, otherwise my apartment would look like a dressing room on Black Friday! I always try to make my organization methods practical and pretty at the same time. If you’re going to put all this effort into keeping everything neat and tidy, it might as well be aesthetically pleasing at the same time!
I like to keep my necklaces and belts on a dress mannequin. It’s the perfect amount of space for the items I have, and it also prevents everything from getting tangled. I love being able to walk up to my mannequin in the morning and pick out exactly what I plan on wearing.
Keeping my small pieces of jewelry organized is smooth sailing when you use a clear shoe rack. Everything is totally visible, so it’s pretty difficult for something to get lost in the shuffle. The small pockets are such lifesavers!

Awesome! I love this stylish mannequin!
One efficient (and cheap!) way I've kept my necklaces from tangling is to take a cork board and pin push pins into it in two alternative rows at the very top.
Longer necklaces are hung from the upper row, shorter ones from the lower. Each necklace gets its own pin and they hang straight down so they don't bother one another! lol
If you want to get really fancy you can paint the cork board too to add a little artsy touch to it : ) -
I keep my necklaces hanging in the closet and my earrings are in a jewlry box and trinket box. I also have a smaller manequin on my dresser. It holds necklaces and hoop earrings (there are hooks at the top to hold things) -
I don't have a lot of jewelry or accessories, so I don't have to really worry about organization ;P -
I have see this idea before. I have no room for a dummy if I did, I would so do this. Mostly I have is jammed into a box.

I have hooks on the wall next to my mirror where i have my necklaces and some braceletes. I also have a hand from a doll that are used to show clothes on the shops windows where i have my rings.

Just got organizer yesterday! It's awesome and conveniently stores the little things and big things -
i also use that hanging organizer, but mine has small compartments for the earrings and hooks behind for the necklaces/bracelets.

I have a notifications' board for my earrings and necklaces(I hang the necklaces using colorful pins!)

I have a cork-board in my closet and I use the tacks for my necklaces and earrings (The ones I have the holder for--if I don't have the original holder I'll attach it to the ribbon I have going across the board) and I have a small plate for rings and a tin for bracelets.

I bought a pack of ~50 little plastic bags from ULine.com. They're very affordable. I found a size good enough for earrings or necklaces. I sort with a desk organizer. It's compact and easy to take on trips too. The tough part is thinking I don't have much so I want to build out my collection.

I love keeping my accessories in air tight container so that they look the even after months /years. If I have some party or girls night out at my place I organize them on my makeup table :)

I have my necklaces hanging on separate hooks right inside my closet, and my jewelry box is SUPER organized...except my earrings. I just have them all in a cute box I got at the Tucson Gem Show--where I get all my jewelry for SUPER cheap! I recommend heading to the gem or jewelry show in your area, because you get the same stuff from the mall for cheaper. You can also get all sorts of cleaning and organization things for cheap!

Instead of using a curtain to cover my ugly blinds I hung up a bar and found silver curly Christmas hooks that fit on the bar and hang my necklaces on them. It makes my room sparkle when I open my blinds and I never get tangled necklaces!

I have that organizer and I love it! So easy to see everything.
The only thing is making sure earrings are put in the pockets nicely, so the posts don't get bent or the plastic gets ruined.
