Hi everyone,
As much fun as choosing a wild, transformative Halloween costume can be, sometimes it's fun to choose something that's a bit more fashion friendly. Not only does this allow you to use items from your existing wardrobe, but it also means that if you do decide to buy something you'll be able to wear it beyond Halloween. But don't forget to have fun with creating your look! Maybe your costume will be the perfect excuse to buy a daring piece of clothing that you've been lusting after!
Here are my three favorite fashion and beauty friendly costumes:
- ALI & KRIS Chambray Womens Shirt
- Steven by Steve Madden Tall Wedge Boots
- Hollister Co. Super Skinny Jeans
- Sheplers Spur Fur Felt Western Hat
- Alexander McQueen Printed Chiffon Skull Scarf in Red

- Mimco Deco Embroidered Headband
- Vintage Cigarette Holder
- Seychelles Women's All Dressed Up T-Strap Pump in Teal
- Dorothy Perkins Black Tired Sequin Dress
- Black Feather Boa
- Peter Alan Long Black Gloves

- Oska White Paris V-Neck Jersey Top
- Betsey Johnson Silver Tone Square Crystal Stud Earrings
- LeSportsac Large Travel Tote in Black
- Miss Selfridge Dancer Nude Ballet Pump
- Miss Selfridge Petites Peach Net Tutu Skirt
- Michael Antonio Love Me Pumps in Nude

Did my vampire costume from my closet. Black asymmetrical skirt with lace and a nice black top with my red corset. Add black boots, a cape, and teeth. Vampire!

Frankly, I think that these costumes are extremely overdone. If you wanna be original, you should pick something else. @Lena TOTALLY agree!!!!!

Michelle you are pretty, and underneath all that prettiness your worrying about your eyelids! @_@ I paid no attention to you lids, whether its creased/uneven or not until now since you pointed them out! Frankly I thought they looked better before; you looked more alert, young, and cheery in the eyes but now your eyes look bored and droopy.

I do Love the Ballerina one. I've thought about doing the Black Swan this year, but I no longer have a White Swan to do it with.

I was literally thinking about getting a shirt that said "costume" on it, and using eyeliner to draw a nose and kitty whiskers. I know cool right! :p -
I'm a writer, and I love going as one of my characters, who all are fashion friendly! The only odd part is the character I like has a little pet creature, and I have the perfect shoulder puppet to match!

I could go as a punk/rock or a goth...but it wouldn't really be different from what I usually wear, haha!
I could do Morticia without too much effoct...just need a black wig.

I am going to go as the wicked witch of the west from the wizard of oz. I made red rhinestone heels for a shoot ages ago, and I have some black and white striped stockings that I'm going to wear under a black dress (which I made myself too, it's really layered with zig-zag material etc, and my make up will be green eye make up with green rhinestones and a little witches hat with a studded ribbon round it! :) Can't wait!
