NEW VIDEO: Follow Me to Work Day
Hi everyone,
Many of you have asked that I shoot a tutorial showing you my morning routine, but instead, I decided to take you along with me to a day at work. Check out the video, which takes you from the moment I wake up to finishing up a day of travel and working in the ipsy offices:
I cannot begin to tell you how lucky and blessed I feel to be able to do what I love for a living. It's all about passion! Work isn't always easy, and even if you are doing exactly what you want to be doing, it's not always fun. But if what you do makes you happy, inspires you, and motivates you, the ups and downs will be worth it. Think about what gets you up in the mornings, what makes you feel like you've had a good day and that tomorrow will be even better. Search for what sparks your inner happiness and encourages you to be the best possible version of yourself. Incorporate that drive into your everyday life. Remember that the happiest people are the prettiest people. No makeup will ever replace your best smile. So venture forth to find what makes you smile everyday.

Why are you guys being suck hypocrites! Mish can do whatever she thinks will be good for her! Many people agree that beauty is on the inside but outer image maked up part of it too. if mish wanted to get a form of cosmetic surgery done then its her issue. she doesnt need all these people commenting mean things.
as myself, when im older i will definitely consider cosmetic surgery as well. that doesnt mean i dont believe in inner beauty! put yourselves in her shoes!

Wow you guys are so mean and judgemental she did not have surgery she contours her nose and cheeks and uses eyelid tape and she lost weight over the years so sue her for being healthy and conscious of certain superficial things like slenderizing her face or nose we all have things we think imperfect and if Michelle wants to contour she can she did not have surgery and she's said that several times lay off if you have nothing nice to say don't post comments........Michelle loved the video hope you do more you are an inspiration for going after what you want and achieveing success the video was fun to watch

I totally agree with Silvia. I mean .. You keep telling everyone how beauty is on the inside and how make up should only be used to enhance your good features, but in reality you're as bad if not worse as/than everyone else. You obviously don't believe beauty is on the inside or you wouldn't have gotten plastic surgery in the first place.. You're the biggest hypocrit out there.
I'm not saying I don't like the way it turned out though, because you're obviously drop dead gorgeous. But getting plastic surgery in your 20's is just.. crazy.. Even Kim Kardashian waited till her 30's... And what they don't show is how plastic surgery looks after a few years.. Have you seen Heidi Montag from the Hills? Or that mother of Kim Kardashian that gets her face botoxed every week?
The weirdest part is that you're supposed to know your stuff. You are an expert on beauty. Or atleast, you're supposed to be. Yet you still ruin your face..

Why you changed your face so much? You were very beautiful before,now i don't even recognize you anymore.Coming from a person that talks about inner beauty,makes a living through teaching others how to "be beautiful" you became the worst example.I think you should only focus in teaching how to be beautiful on the exterior because as soon as you talk about inside beauty,ur contradicting yourself.And still...really beauty does not need surgery or any make up,and none of these could ever mask a ugly heart.
