As a ramen lover, I’m always looking for ways to throw some variety into my favorite meal. Now that autumn has arrived and there’s a whole new crop of ingredients that are in season, I thought I’d share with you my three favorite ways to incorporate them into your ramen:
- Add cold weather veggies like eggplant, squash, potatoes, cauliflower, and pumpkin.
- If you can handle the spice, top off your dish with a dash of nutmeg to give the ramen an earthier taste.
- Up the comfort level of your ramen by adding mini matzo balls. They’ll soak up the broth and spices–absolutely delicious!
