If its falling like crazy to the point that you're having bald spots, you should see a doctor. I know some people who have excessive hair fall due to stress and other causes. Its best to see a doctor in that case.

You need to eat healthier, thats one thing, you are probably not eating enough vegetables and fruits a day ( which is five a day ), your body and hair is lacking protein, and thats what you need. Another thing you can do is buy/or make hair masks. You can buy them or you can go online and look for Homemade Hair Masks, they help me alot with my hair.

- example: i use olive oil on my hair before i go to bed and then you wash it out in the morning, it really gives a shine to your hair and thickins your hair!

From what I know you can loose hair because of stress but I'm pretty sure there are many reasons. I heard of a girl who got her toungue pierced and all her hair started to fall out. But you should really go to your doctor so they can analyze the problem and you can do what is necessary to help it.

do you guys put your hair up a lot? Having your hair up a lot will tend to tug and pull at the scalp thus causing hair loss.

Maybe you are under stress lately. I also suffer hair loss during college days! and yikes! i almost convince my mother to get consultation to the hair clinic. Check your stress level!!!

Eat more protein like black beans/linto beans. Focus on your diet and change to natural/organic shampoos, and don't wash your hair too often and avoid showering for long periods of time under hot water-it will destroy your hair.

Have you tried using Nioxin hair products? Try the Scalp therapy and shampoo together. I know so many people who swear by it, and it really helps you get thicker and healthier hair. It's pretty pricey, but I know this website has it for really cheap:

Fruits and vegetables are a must eat health routine and should always be consume whenever possible. Water is also important to consume. As for hair fall I don't know about you guys but I've been researching and found that castor oil is now a great product to prevent hair fall and helps it to create volume. However I'm not so sure whether it moisturises the hair or not but there's always conditioners for that right? I'm still a bit skeptic about castor oils tho. Anyone have any ideas?
