Does anyone else inherit a spotty back? :(

Unfortunately I have inherited a spotty back, does anybody know any remedies to get rid of them?!

Go to your doctors. It's probably not good to keep it trapped under a shirt all night either, so if you can, sleep naked. Yeah it sounds weird... use a soap for sensitive skin on your back, other than that I don't know :/

Best thing to do, like Andi said, is go to your doctor as he/she can prescribe a cream which you can apply to the spots which should reduce them in size (if they are big)
Another solution, which my brother does for his face, is take tablet form, they are amazing and his skin has really cleared up. Only downside, depending if can drink alcohol, is you cannot drink alcohol.

You can also try a steady bath regime including exfoliant shower gel with small beads or using "black soap". It should clear it up eventually as long as you keep the skin out of the sun and away from irratating fabrics. I have the same issue and have been using black soap and an exfoliant shower gel so now the bumps (mines used to be really dark) are blending into my skin complexion and are smoother to the touch. Hope this helps
