This is for you to post recipes that you think people may like. I would encourage healthy ones but we all love dessert from time to time. And remember, they do not have to be your own recipes, they can be from the internet or a book or a magazine. :)

I can't think of a recipe at the top of my head, but I really like finding recipes on http://allrecipes.com . Whenever I want to try something new, I always go onto this site :)

This recipe is not really super healthy and maybe I should have started with another one, but today I really needed something sweet and refreshing since I had a quite stressful week. (Also a total ban of sugary foods - even if you want to stick to a diet - can lead to eating attacks! )

Hope you like it :)
