=) I love starting this thread in off-topic forums! I am a fellow gamer =) What have you guys played and/or are anticipating to play? The games I am waiting for are Sonic Generations (still trying to get tickets to go to Sonic Boom this June 8th in LA, Cali), Phantasy Star Online 2, Space Channel 5 (2)..!!! =D

A few favorite games of mine include ALL Sonic the Hedgehog games (with the exception of Sonic he Hedgehog 2006), Legend of Zelda: Oot, WW, TP, Jet Grind Radio, Space Channel 5, Gauntlet Legends, Phantasy Star Online (note: PSO 2 is coming out soon...gamegasm!!!), Virtua Fighter series, Soul Calibur series (including Soul Edge from Playstation 1 days...), Battle Arena Toshinden: Remix, Virtua Cop, Age of Empires...and many more ;)

Mass Effect! I heard that has a really good story =) I've never really played it because FPS games kind of give me headaches..XD hopefully that comes out with a movie too!

Yeah, not many people are SEGA fans now-a-days. I think when the Dreamcast died their console fame along with software went down quite a bit. But now they're making great comebacks with new Sonic games! <3 Too bad I can't go to the convention..u___u

lol awesome! i never really got into FF but I like the music! I love Skies of Arcadia and Phantasy Star Online as far as rpg's go =))) <3 Skies is just...timeless...i could play that game over and over..

Oregon Trail! I remember that! I always got bitten by snakes or my wagons would break down...Also, it's EXTREMELY nice to see a FFVIII fan here. :) That one seems to get a lot of trouble out of the Final Fantasy Franchise. It was the one I started with, however, so it has nostalgia value.

Although, I'd say FF8 and FF9 are my favorite all-time games. I identified most with the characters, and while I love the soundtracks to all of Square's work, even to the games I didn't care much for, 8 and 9 are two of my favorite soundtracks period. I've learned as many of the songs as I could on my violin.

Otherwise, I'll play anything. RPGs are my favorite...the FF series, Chrono Cross/Trigger, and Folklore, although it did not get along too well with RPG fans, I thought was excellent. White Knight Chronicles, Resonance of Fate...

I like shooter games, but they're more social for me. I only sit and play them when I'm by myself so that I can get better and keep up with my friends when we play together.

On my own, I lean toward story driven games. Zelda as well...the Fable games, Knights of the Old republic.

I never really got into online computer games, but the new Star Wars game, The Old Republc, looks utterly fantastic and I can't wait to play it. :)
