I love Anime!, I dont really know wich one is my favorite but until now my favorites are:


-Ouran High School Host Club


-Soul Eater


-Clannad (in the middle of it)


-Full Metal Alchemist (haven't finished it)


You're right there are tons of animes xD, I can't think of right now too
