Hey everyone! I need help because I have an acne problem. It's not severe, but I still have a lot of acne. Is there anything you guys would recommend to treat it? Any DIY scrubs, brands, specific acne treatments, anything would be useful. Thanks!

For a natural exfoliator, I had always used a mixture of brown sugar and water. It works great for acne. I used to have a lot of trouble with severe acne. I also liked the Biore brand set they have for acne treatment.

What really helped me was buying a face mask specific for fighting acne. A lot of them will smell like sulfur and make your face smell a little like it too, but they worked really well for me.

I haven't actually tried it, but I have heard that Perricone MD has a really good line for acne, though it's a lot pricier.

I found salvation in the use of a pill. "Biotin".

Since I started using it, I cleared up fantastically.

5000mg a day says it will grow your hair faster, nails grow stronger, help with acne and help with your metabolism.

That, on top of taking care of your skin has wonderful results!
