Mascara isn’t a one-size-fits-all product. With so many options to choose from, it can be pretty difficult to find the perfect ingredient and wand combination that works best for your lash type.
While there may be variations in mascara formulas and wand anatomy, have any of you seen variations in mascara packaging? Some makeup brands have developed tubes with a squeezable center in order to give people more control of their product. The idea here is rather than wiping your wand on a tissue, you use the squeeze mechanism to keep extra mascara inside the tube. Do you ever have to wipe off your wand before application? This packaging is supposed to eliminate that step, leaving your wand clump free and ready for your lashes.
Sometimes this design leads to your mascara getting old, because dry product can get stuck and clogged in the bottom of the tube. At least when you’re wiping your wand on something external, like a napkin, you end up getting rid of excess, dry formula.
What do you think of this mascara design? Have you ever tried it?
