There’s nothing worse than stepping out the door in the morning right after applying your makeup just to have your eye makeup start running. Luckily, there are a few ways to get rid of this common beauty problem.
One option is to take a flat-headed eye shadow brush and use it to apply pressed powder right up to the edge of your eyeliner or lash line. Lightly press down and then sweep the powder across. The powder will absorb any excess oil or moisture, so it sets your eye makeup in place. Another option is to use an eye makeup primer, which will give your eyeliner and eye shadow an extra layer to adhere to, just like your tinted moisturizer or foundation with makeup primer. But if you find your makeup still watering, then you might want to consider switching to waterproof products.
